Hi!! I’m Charlie, an independent Texas Real Estate Broker as well as owner and operator of The Real Estate Central. I moved to Texas at the age of 16 with my parents and have lived here nearly 30 years now. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business from Texas State University, San Marcos in 2008 and immediately went out and got a Real Estate License. Go figure. I haven’t looked back since.

I’m thankful and proud to call The Hill Country Home. As they say, “I wasn’t born in Texas but I got here as soon as I could!!”

That’s my dog “Punky” in the pictures. She’s the official brokerage mascot. We like getting out in nature in the parks, lakes and especially the rivers for camping and kayaking. She keeps me in line and relatively active.

I have 15+ years of professional experience in the Real Estate industry. I’ve helped people buy, sell, rent as well as manage properties. I haven’t “seen it all” quite yet. However, across hundreds of successful transactions, I’ve definitely seen most of it.
